Custom phone stickers can be produced by DAQIN mobile phone sticker machine within 3 minutes for all mobile phones across the world. The DAQIN machines are capable of producing 2 types of different mobile stickers.One is the printed cellphone skins, another one is special texture cell phone skin such as the wood grain, crocodile leather, super shining…etc.
For producing the printed phone skin, it requires the necessary software and machines of: 3D DAQIN mobile beauty master, custom mobile skin printer, lamination machine, cutting plotter and some sticker materials. 1 person is enough for the whole making process which lasts only 3 minutes.
There are multiple types of sticker material which can be used to print with custom picture to make mobile stickers. Such as 3M white printing design film, which is a high quality material. On the back of the film, there are blowholes which can avoid bubbles during the application process. There are many other type of printing design film, such as transparent one, translucence one, colorful one and the silver shining one.
After select the mobile phone brand and model, the corresponding mobile phone template will be displayed in the software. Upload personal photo to the software and then preview the final effect. Make some adjustment if necessary. Preview the final effect before print it out.
When the design of phone skins is confirmed, it’s time to print it out by 6 colors ink-jet printer such as Epson R330. Put an A4 size sheet of printing design film into the printer, and then click print button in the software. Soon the sticker will be printed out.
The next making process is laminating. The well-printed sticker need to be laminated with a thin layer of lamination effect film in order to become waterproof and anti-scratch. 4 rollers lamination machine is preferred since it can effectively avoid bubble.
Finally, it’s time to cut the well-laminated film into mobile phone stickers by DAQIN cutting plotter. There are 3 kinds of cutting plotter to choose from: A4 size A158, A3 size B168 and the GRAPHTEC CE 6000-40. Within 10 seconds the cutting process can be finished. The end product of mobile phone sticker can be shipped to the customer by express company, or it can be applied on spot if the customer is in your store.
